As you can tell it came out a little bigger than the other one, and this is how the flowers
turned out:
{This picture is a little blurry, but it is the best one I could take!}
I think they came out better than the others. They were fuller, and the petals looked more pretty. Overall I think it just came out more realistic looking! And, instead of a large circle in the middle I just used coordinating thread and made a small dot in the center as you can see!
Again, I hope you will try this, and personally I am very happy with how my little "experiment" came out! =)
Have a great Sunday tomorrow! Our church has a wonderful service, then a Thanksgiving meal and a praise service where we just share testimonies and sing favorites! Its so much fun, and a real blessing!

Hi Bethany,
I followed your link from Sara's blog. I was wondering how many layers this is? Is it just the 2 layers?
I attempted to make today but couldn't figure it out. I really like the flowers though!
I am not crafty at all but I've been making things with felt since I saw some ideas Sara had shown!
Thanks,
Cory
Hey Cory,
I'm sorry my directions weren't very clear! =) But you just cut out four flowers from the pattern that I showed you a picture of and then you fold each flower in half and you put them together like the flaps of a box! (haha) Okay, that probably wasn't clear, but if you go to my original post about the flowers there is a link to the place where I originally got the idea and she has a much better explanation! Hope that helps!!!
Thanks Bethany!
That website is really helpful with the step by step pictures. Can't wait to try and make some flowers :)
Merry Christmas!
Cory
So glad I could help! Hope they turn out great, I'm sure they will! =)
Merry Christmas!
