Smocked by Mom

Today my project was helping my mom start a blog!! {Love you mom!} =) Smocked By Design I am so excited for her because I know how much she loves smocking and this will be an awesome way to "advertise". Make sure to check it out!

Let me just take this opportunity to tell you how much I love my mom! She is a blessing, an example and an inspiration to me! She used to make me so many smocked dresses, so you will probably see numerous pictures of them! =)

My two "Nana"s were such amazing women, and they are still such an encouragement and an inspiration to me, even though they are no longer with me. They were happy, cheery women, even though life wasn't always going their way.

Their favorite verses were:

-Isaiah 26:3 "You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you."

-Deuteronomy 33:27a "The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms."

Those two verses have meant so much to me, and just reading them and knowing that my "Nana"s loved them, gives me such comfort! Plus, I am so excited that one day I will get to see them again in Heaven!
